Leave the router off for a few minutes (about two) boot router and then the other devices. Assuming that you have uninstalled rebooted installed a fresh copy of the Full Feature Software, then the printer program is at the correct version. From what you say, the issue started after a Windows 10 Update -- you can track the timing and possible applicable Update(s) by checking your Windows Updates History. Windows key Settings Update and Security Update History If you wish to do so, you could try using System Restore to return the system to an eariler time date. This wont fix the problem in that the Updates will once again try to install themselves -- part of the Windows 10 magic to keep the system current. Going back will at least give you a chance to test the idea that an Update broke the communication between printer and system. ![]() Open the details on the Update and read which files, packages, libraries were included in the Update. If you can find out which Update triggered the failure, you can defer that Update to keep it from reinstalling (at least for a period of time).
